Additional Mobile Rules

Create extra mobile replacement rules when iOS or Android Outlook signatures add linked default text.

For some devices which contain a hyperlink within the signature you will need to create a new rule which contains the HTML Code.

Two examples of this are the Outlook app on both iOS and Android devices.

Outlook for IOS contains a default signature of: Get Outlook for iOS

To fix this you should create a new rule with the following:

Text to Replace: 'Get <a href="https://aka.ms/o0ukef">Outlook for iOS</a>'

Rule contains HTML Code: Checked

Rule is case sensitive: unchecked

Outlook for android contains a default signature of: Get Outlook for android

Text to Replace: 'Get <a href="https://aka.ms/ghei36">Outlook for Android</a>'

Rule contains HTML Code: Checked

Rule is case sensitive: unchecked

Note: If you do not see the "Rule contains HTML Code" option you need to upgrade Email Signature Manager 8.3.0 or above.
